Self-managed management and control of complex projects of urban development and urban development in the context of urban development support measures in the vicinity of Osnabrück Active cooperation with local authorities, regional authorities and support agencies (participation of voting dates and committee meetings) Supporting consultants for project-interested, investing and other third parties (the implementation of the on-site terminal as required) Project management responsible: From participation in concept creation and monitoring of implementation, project controlling and funding management to project-related public relations work In the case of previous knowledge: cooperation in higher-level specialist teams to advise other employees

Complete study of urban and regional planning, spatial planning, geography, civil engineering, architecture, real estate management, or comparable degree programs with well-founded professional experience in similar positions Ideally experience in the processing of funding and financing programmes Experience in managing urban projects and construction measures is of advantage Good communication skills, organizational talent Interest in self-sponsored work with large design freedoms in self-organized teams
