Master or Diploma with adequate professional experience or comparable knowledge and skills Multiannual professional experience in IT projects, operation & integration, of which at least three years of leadership experience (scientific and/or disciplinary) Very good experience with cloud technologies, focus on MS Azure/M365 and Citrix Good experience with Microsoft technologies, automation (terraform, PowerShell) and CyberArk, PAM and identity solutions Very good, broad knowledge of IT infrastructure services and managed services Very good customer-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, also at management level Very high flexibility, durability and readiness Outstanding social competence as well as experience in coaching and knowledge transfer Very good presentation and moderation capabilities Very good business knowledge with a focus on cost and investment accounting Outstanding leadership competence, leadership personality Very good knowledge of German and English
