Monitoring, maintaining and improving product and process quality in the field Introduction of measures to improve the Q system, reduce the committee and customer complaints Monitoring of production release procedures, series-accompanying tests and measurements Plausibility check, monitoring and coordination of all Q documents and records Complete processing of internal and external complaints and other Q topics based on common Q tools including action management Evaluation, monitoring and presentation of relevant data and KPIs from the department Participation in system, process and certification audits (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3) Performance of product audits according to VDA 6.5 Process optimization and implementation of Kaizen projects in the field

Technical training and further qualification (Bachelor, Technicians [m/w/d], Master [m/w/d]) Multiannual practical experience in the automotive production QM environment desirable Good technical understanding and strong quality, customer and cost awareness Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 Knowledge CSR of the common premium OEMs (including Daimler, Audi, BMW) and 1st Tiers of advantage Good knowledge of SAP R/3 and MS Office M365 German and fluent English in word and writing Team player qualities, hands-on mentality and enforcement strength
