Administration and operation of our Windows-based server and client infrastructure Active-Directory environment (users, groups, GPOs) Support in operating Microsoft services such as Microsoft 365 and Exchange Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software Processing of incidents and service requests in 1st and 2nd level support Working with IT projects (e.g. rollouts, migrations, optimization of IT processes) Care and further development of IT documentation Step by step incorporation into audit-relevant topics, e.g.: IT documentation and verification obligations User and permission concepts Backup, patch and security processes Support for internal and external IT audits (e.g. preparation of documents, technical assistance)
