Working Student Legal – Contract Management & IT Law (m/f/d)

Together with Marissa Sarin Sommer (Head of Legal) and internal interfaces such as contract management and PMO, you work in a variety of legal and project-related tasks, where you actively participate and bring your interest in commercial and corporate law, contract design or M&A issues to create a real impact.

As a working student:in Legal – Contract Management & IT-Law (m/w/d) you support in day-to-day business by documenting existing contracts and verifying standardized documents such as NDAs and AVVs. Your studies in the field of law and your completed interim examination will give you the professional security to penetrate complex legal issues structuredly and prepare them convincingly. Your work focuses on a group-wide project to introduce a new contract management tool that is being rolled out internationally across all companies. You are integrated into all phases from the start – from the analysis of the requirements and the tool selection to the implementation to the Go‐live. For this purpose, your structured approach helps you to process task packages independently, set priorities and document results comprehensiblely. You use your very good knowledge of German and English to communicate legal relationships in both daily business and project business in a comprehensible manner – both for legal and professional colleagues.
