Payroll & HR Process Specialist (m/f/d)

In this position, besides the HR Administration/ Payroll, you will also take on department-internal projects focusing on digitalization, system harmonisation and process optimization for one of our organisations. You work with 6 other colleagues in a team: you report to the Manager People & Culture Services. If you want to enrich your expertise in HR administration and Payroll through the participation of exciting projects, we look forward to meeting you. Your tasks include: Responsibility for the correct and timely implementation of the billing of charges in compliance with all legal requirements Contact for all internal and external stakeholders on the respective topics Support for audits (e.g. pay tax and SV audits) Working with the analysis, standardization and optimization of existing HR processes Implementation of HR projects, in particular in the field of HR systems and payroll Co-design and cooperation in implementing a nationally overlapping People & Culture Service Center Set-Ups Transfer of local processes to cross-border structures Support in defining and developing standards, KPIs and governance models

Extensive experience in payroll and administration including sound knowledge in pay tax, social security and labour law Multiannual experience and affinity in the implementation of HR projects (e.g. system introductions, transformations) Very good understanding of HR processes and HR IT systems Experiences in the international group environment are advantageous Structured and analytical methods German language skills and good to very good English skills
