You guide and develop our customer-success team professionally and disciplinefully and promote a customer-oriented and powerful team culture. You are responsible for the support of our customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle – from onboarding and adoption to retention and renewal. You ensure a high customer satisfaction, recognize risks early and take appropriate measures for customer retention. You analyze relevant key figures such as CSAT, NPS, Retention and Churn, and control your team with clear goals and KPIs. You accompany escalations, develop sustainable solutions and ensure an excellent customer experience. You opt for processes, methods and tools in customer success management and support the introduction of innovative and AI-based methods. You work closely with sales, product management, support and professional services to ensure the long-term success of our customers. You regularly report on customer and team key figures and make concrete improvements.

Successfully completed studies or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in Customer Success Management, Key Account Management, Consulting or a comparable customer-oriented environment. First or multi-year experience in the management and development of employees. Embossed customer orientation as well as the ability to successfully build and develop long-term customer relationships. Analytical thinkability and experience in handling KPI-based control. High communication and conflict resolution competence as well as a sovereign occurrence towards internal and external stakeholders. Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation. Good knowledge of CRM systems and common MS Office applications. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
