In your function, you report directly to the Senior Risk Manager and work closely with the local and international teams. You are responsible for the identification, evaluation and control of IT, cyber and ICT third-party service providers risks and integrate them into the company-wide risk management and reporting; You develop IT risk management professionally and methodically and work closely with IT, information security, compliance, law and the departments You take responsibility for all ICT risk-relevant tasks from DORA, in particular the creation, care, in particular for the creation, maintenance and notification of the DORA information register including coordination and quality assurance of the data to be supplied. You take over the key role of the ICT Manager and develop the existing ICT management process in a targeted manner, strengthens its establishment and effectiveness in the company, monitors and controls ICT incident management and secure consistent, sustainable implementation of the ICT process across all relevant interfaces Within the group of companies, you will play a key role in the development and harmonisation of a group-wide IT risk management system in a cross-based team.

You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented, take responsibility for your themes, treat reliably and quality-consciously, and keep an overview and the necessary prioritization in a complex regulatory environment with parallel requirements. You have well-founded experience in IT, cyber or ICT risk management, bring a solid technical understanding of IT infrastructures, applications and cloud models and know the relevant regulatory requirements, in particular DORA, ISO27001, outsourcing and third-party risk management, as well as incident and control processes You understand how to translate regulatory and technical requirements into practical, scalable target images, identify relationships between IT risks, processes and corporate goals, and develop existing risk management and governance structures with maturity and use-oriented development – even in a group-wide context You communicate clearly, structured and addressable to specialist areas, management and examiners, prepare complex facts in a comprehensible manner and convince by secure written and oral expressiveness in reports, concepts and supervisory documents
