You take over the technical and conceptual leadership of a team in the DV coordination for in- / exkasso and actively shape their development, structure and orientation You are responsible for the system design and support of IT systems (focus on SAP) in the financial sector You control request management, release management and project planning You are responsible for the efficiency of IT-assisted processes and technical architecture You support change processes and support employees through active communication and coordination with internal and external cooperation partners: You contribute to strategic issues and innovation promotion

You have completed studies of (economic) informatics, economics, mathematics or a comparable qualification You bring experience in the leadership of employees – disciplinary and/or professional – and have been active in projects for several years You have the pleasure of developing people and promoting potential in the team You have several years of professional experience in IT coordination and project and process management and are familiar with at least one of the following SAP solutions: SAP Finance, Group Reporting, PaPM, Cash Management, FS-CD, Sourcing and Procurement, FS-CML, FS-CMS or RE-FX Knowledge of the insurance industry, ideal for accounting, are advantageous You are convinced by a high performance orientation, analytical thinking, care and enthusiasm – and are confident in working with a cooperative and value-estimating approach.
