Your tasks: input and processing of offers, including price and appointment coordination Telephone consulting and customer support Coordination Calls Central / Responder and Incoming Emails General correspondence Installation, tracking and maintenance of customer data in the ERP system Care Service appointments/maintenance orders Support of existing customers in close coordination with the external service Constructive cooperation with all internal business interfaces (booking, product management, logistics, marketing, external service) Contribute Organization Customer and supplier visits Participate in creating and evaluating statistics Co-operation Planning and preparation of operational events General office activities Participation in process optimization and internal quality projects
