Coordination of procedures for the interdisciplinary and certified clinic centers Interaction with and consultation of geriatric patients Working as an active member of an interdisciplinary and interprofessional team Coordination of outpatient elective treatments Case management and control Plausibility checks of billing data Medical documentation (registers, centers) Complete collection and coding of outpatient cases General correspondence (telephone and written) and appointment management Process optimization relevant to accounting

Completed training as MFA, merchant (gn*) in healthcare or comparable training with relevant professional experience Basic experience in outpatient performance detection Safe handling of ICD and OPS encodings and/or willingness to attend appropriate training courses for professional development Basic experience with our KIS “ORBIS” desirable, but no requirement Self-employed, careful and reliable operation Good communication skills and sovereign handling of Microsoft Office Commitment, flexibility and responsibility High readiness and discretion
