Care and further development of the IT compliance management system to ensure compliance with current laws, standards and best practices. Conduct detailed analyses of international regulatory and industry-specific requirements, proactive identification of compliance gaps and development of action plans to address them. Advising the DACHSER landscape organisations with regard to IT compliance in the design and implementation of regulatory requirements. Planning, coordination and monitoring of external IT audits, including IT audits in the context of annual audits and certification processes, as well as function as a key partner for all stakeholders. Participation in internal IT audits with a focus on examining relevant compliance requirements.

Completed studies, ideally in the field of (economic) law, information systems or a related subject area. Experience in project management as well as pronounced analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and detailed way of working. Knowledge and experience gained in implementing IT security frameworks, standards and laws (e.g. ISO 27001, NIS2, BSIG, TISAX). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Very good English knowledge in word and writing are absolutely necessary, German knowledge is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as in the team of a truly multinational organization that is distributed worldwide.
