Project Manager for Major International Customers

You lead international large-scale customer projects in the field of management system certifications and assume overall responsibility for quality, appointment and budget. Ensure long-term, trusting customer relationships through active support and predictive communication by acting as the key player for your customer base. You develop a deep understanding of the requirements of your customers and translate them into clear project goals and implementable measures. Bring your organizational and ideally technical expertise to support sales in feasibility assessments, project planning and offerings. You create calculations and audit programs for large international customers and verify the scope of performance to ensure a transparent coordination between all stakeholders. Also ensure a smooth operation by planning and coordinating the audit program as well as the resources and dates. Perform the project completion, create reporting and guide learnings for continuous improvement.

You have a completed (specialized) university course, preferably in the field of economics, or a completed commercial training. You have solid knowledge in project management, in the assessment of economic indicators and possess analysis competence. You are characterized by communication skills and a safe occurrence in internal and external contact. You think entrepreneurial, holistic and structured. You possess knowledge of English in a safe manner.
