Are you ready to raise your strategic skills and sales talent to the next level? We are looking for a person as a proposal manager (m/w/d) for the public service that shapes our success story. If you have a passion for strategic sales projects and want to work in a dynamic environment, you are right with us! Of course you are not alone – 5 colleagues and our own student back office team are looking forward to you in the Sales Strategy Team. Together with other teams from Sales Enablement, we drive customer-centric solutions and new ideas forward and continuously develop our largest customers and our sales: Project management for public sector tenders and tenders. Analysis of requirements and creation of convincing, tailor-made offers. Collaboration in a cross-functional team from Sales, Service, Legal and Pricing and relevant departments within the Stepstone organization to shorten customer-centric offers. Close cooperation with authorities and institutions to develop demand-oriented recruiting solutions. Promoting networking between Stepstone and the public service to establish long-term partnerships.

Complete studies in the field of business, administration or comparable. Experience in proposal management, ideally for the public sector, of advantage. Excellent network skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and partners in public service. Very good communication skills in German and English
