As a specialist in receivables management (m/w/d), you are responsible for the processing of the open items in a fixed customer group for CTC and liability insurers and are the contact person for all questions on invoice and payments. You are responsible for inbound and outbound telephony with the insurers and private and commercial customers as well as the subsequent activities. You document the conversations and agreements you have made in our systems The processing of payments and invoice reductions of the insurers for a fixed customer area is one of your tasks. You are the first contact person for our insurance partners as well as the internal specialist departments Key-Account and Sales and work closely with them in case of questions

Based on a successfully completed commercial training, you will bring several years of professional experience in the field of debt management to an industrial, service company or a debt collection company. You have solid accounting knowledge in the field of customer accounting and know how to process, monitor and analyze customer accounts. A structured way of working as well as a good time and organization management are what distinguishes you. Personally, you convince by a high level of customer and service orientation, self-initiative as well as a high level of communication and performance and team capacity. A safe handling of the current MS Office applications, especially Excel, as well as ideally knowledge of the system software Oracle as well as good English skills complete your profile
