Head of Production & Operations (m/f/d)

You carry out our production professionally and disciplinaryly and continuously develop your team. For a predictive production and capacity planning – not only for the next two days, but with a vision. You optimise existing processes and establish a culture of continuous improvement (KVP). You analyze processes, identify weaknesses and implement sustainable improvements. You consistently develop our production in the areas of digitalization and automation. You introduce key figures, advertise them and take measures to increase efficiency. You ensure quality, appointments and cost-effectiveness at any time. You work closely with purchasing, project management and management. You develop standards, create transparency and ensure clear responsibilities. You motivate your team, promote self-responsibility and create a positive leadership culture.

You have several years of experience in a leading position within a production or operations management. You are a real leader and take responsibility. You think entrepreneurial and trade solution-oriented. Changes motivate you – standstill is not an option for you. You recognize optimization potentials and implement them consistently. You work structured, decision-making and keep an overview even in stressful situations. You have experience with ERP systems as well as modern digital tools. Ideally, you bring experience in advertising technology, vehicle design, filming or comparable project-oriented production.
