Management of employees of the Group Product and Sustainability Management in line with the management instruments of Sparkasse Vest Recklinghausen Strategic product policy: Future-oriented development of the product and service offering taking into account trends, technical developments and regulatory requirements Process and budget responsibility for selected products

Regulatorics and Administration: Implementation of regular regulatory and administrative tasks, e.g. controls, documentation, verification of interest rate adjustment clauses, accounting tasks, etc.

Development and establishment of a management circuit for the sustainable development of the Sparkasse via all fields of action

Completed economic studies or Sparkassenbetriebswirt or comparable qualification Experience in product management First management experience Embossed analytical skills as well as structured and strategic thinking High level of solution orientation and self-initiative Own-responsible processing of subject-specific topics mastery of the computer programs required for this job profile
