For our Zeppelin headquarters in Garching near Munich we are looking for a Product Owner (m/w/d) Digital Service Planning & Disposition. You're looking for Product Owner (m/w/d) is responsible for a digital product for service planning & disposition As a central interface, you coordinate all stakeholders and ensure that communication runs smoothly You design the product roadmap taking into account current market requirements and trends, control the internal and external development team in implementation and monitor processes and quality You take up professional requirements of users, drive the further development of the tool actively and thus contribute to the company's operational success You translate technical requirements into functional specifications, create user stories, prioritize them and accompany their implementation including acceptance tests up to version release. In addition, you perform training and create or optimize the associated documentation You take over second-level support and support first-level support in complex inquiries We wish Training/study – you have completed studies in an economic, technical or IT-related field or a comparable qualification Expertise & Practice Experience – You bring experience in IT projects, process management, stakeholder management or system support Working – You work structured, analytical and self-responsibility, have IT confession and enjoy the optimization of digital tools Communication – You are characterized by pronounced communication skills and are happy to work in exchange with various disciplines Flexibility & Mobility – You bring the willingness to occasional service trips IT and language skills – You can safely master the current MS Office programs and have knowledge of German (C1) and good English (B2) in word and writing You can look forward to this Stability and security: We offer you a safe workplace in a stable corporate environment.
