Self-analysis of faults in the 2nd level support for VPN solutions in customer and private operation Analysis, troubleshooting and troubleshooting of VPN infrastructures, focusing on Genoa products Support in planning, evaluation and implementation of changes in ongoing IT service according to ITIL processes Installation, configuration and operation of VPN solutions in compliance with applicable security requirements Participation in test and quality management as well as care and further development of technical documentation

Experience in the following areas of at least two years desired: 2nd Level Incident Management of Complex Disorders in IT Operation Practice in operation, administration or Troubleshooting of VPN solutions ideally with Genoa products Service Operation / IT operation within a delivery organization including administration and support of IT and communication services Administration in Windows Server environment during operation and in error analysis of Windows-based systems Work according to ITIL standards ITIL Foundation or comparable detectable practice experience in ITIL-based service and change management
