What you are moving with us: You are responsible for the maintenance and analysis of a allocated expansion area with regard to potential potentials for optimising the existing network (expansions, modernizations, concept rebuildings). You are also responsible for the creation of first concepts for the development of existing objects with internal and external partners, and you will also participate in planning discussions with the construction department and provide structural support. You take over the talks with landlords, municipalities and municipalities during planned renewal processes at the site. You conduct negotiations to optimize the existing rental contracts in your area. You build and maintain a network of municipalities, contractors, project developers, investors, landlords, real estate and broker companies, companies with a large share of property and cooperating trading companies. You take care of the continuous competition monitoring, documentation and, where appropriate, site security.
