For our Molex site in Bochum we are looking for you as

Assistant Facility Manager (m/w/d) Facility Manager support in the technical and disciplinary leadership of the Facility team Designing and developing the technical and organizational processes in building management Take over responsibility for operational and strategic tasks in facility management Support in the planning, control and control of maintenance, maintenance and modernisation measures Organisation and monitoring of external service providers in cooperation with the Facility Manager Ensuring compliance with legal regulations (e.g. work and fire protection) and regular review of implementation Support in optimizing energy efficiency and sustainability in building operations Participation in audits, risk assessments and emergency planning Acquisition of Facility Manager's Representation Tasks in the absence and security of a seamless operation

Complete qualification as master:in or technician:in or a study with reference to building technology Multiannual professional experience in technical building management, ideally with leadership experience Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. ArbSchG, BetrSichV, VDE) Embossed organisational and communication skills Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation
