CyberCompare is a cybersecurity screen and fully owned by Robert Bosch GmbH. As a senior marketing manager, you are responsible for the following tasks:

• Website Management: Responsibility for the continuous maintenance and further development of our company website based on WordPress. Optimization of conversion points and expansion of the Lead Funnel to increase sales figures. Implementation of technical and content SEO optimizations to improve the visibility and user experience of the website. Analysis and tracking of Web Analytics to continuously improve website performance and make data-based decisions.
• Content creation and development: creation and further development of website content in close cooperation with the product team. Production of YouTube videos and shorts to promote brand awareness and customer loyalty. Ensuring a consistent brand message in all digital content measures.
• Trade fair and event management: planning, implementation and follow-up of events digitally and physically. Acquisition of participants and speakers, as well as development of event concepts and formats. Implementation of performance marketing measures for the acquisition of event participants. Organic application of events on various social media platforms. Monitoring of participant management and speaker management before, during and after the events. Participation in trade fairs and events. Creation of marketing materials (flyers, brochures, presentations) to support event and trade fair presentations. Follow-ups and lead targeting to maximize lead generation.

Qualifications

• Education: completed studies in marketing, communication, event management or comparable qualifications.
• Experience and know-how: You have at least three years of professional experience in content marketing, event management or digital marketing. Your expertise includes the creation of content for various digital formats, as well as the planning and execution of digital and physical events. In addition, you will bring well-founded knowledge of website optimization, the use of WordPress and SEO techniques. Your distinct organizational skills and experience in project management complete your profile. Ideally, you also have experience in the cybersecurity or IT industry.
• Working method: You work objectively and independently and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Personality: creativity, team skills and a high level of communication characterize you.
• Language: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
