The team Communication & Change RD Digitization accompanies this transformation through targeted communication and change measures. We make digitalization visible, understandable and experienceable – for specialist areas, projects and management. We use modern media formats, design approaches and AI-based tools for content creation. During your activity, you are part of our team and actively support the design, implementation and development of communication and media formats in the context of RD digitization. You work on current projects, develop content for different target groups and introduce your own ideas – especially in the area of media, design and AI-based content creation. These challenges include: Support in the development and implementation of communication and change actions in the context of RD Digitization Independently responsible creation and implementation of communication content Participation in creating media content (e.g. visuals, presentations, videos, graphics) Support in the use and testing of AI tools for text, image and media creation Support and further development of editorial formats and communication channels Preparation and preparation of documents, presentations and decision bases Support for cross-disciplinary topics, projects and special tasks Cooperation with internal interfaces and project-related external partners The activity can begin from June 2026.

Course of studies in the field of communication, media, economic, design, engineering or comparable courses

Interest in digitization, communication and change topics First experiences or interest in the field of media creation, design, image processing or video processing Interest in using AI tools for content creation Secure handling of MS‐Office, especially PowerPoint Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Creativity, Reliability and Team Skill High degree of self-initiative and independent and structured working
