Coordinator Construction Internal Service (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the budget monitoring and cost control of our ongoing construction projects and ensure transparent, economic project management. As a specialist supervisor, you coordinate the Bauinnendienst team with two colleagues, support complex issues, provide technical orientation and ensure uniform quality standards. You monitor compliance with the agreed dates on the basis of the construction workflow planning and request necessary documents from our regional construction managers – including careful examination. For upcoming construction measures in our markets, check offers in the areas of shop construction and home technology and create structured order lists based on them. You then take over the order registration as well as the audit and ensure a correct commercial settlement. You prepare construction contracts, create them and accompany the entire process until the final release. In addition, organize and coordinate appointments with construction and craft businesses, service providers and authorities and take over further administrative tasks around our construction projects.

You have a successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a real estate businessman/wife, specialist or contractor, or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring several years of professional experience in the building industry or in the real estate industry – preferably in a coordinating or commercial role. You have sound business and technical knowledge and experience in dealing with suppliers, service providers and trade unions. The safe handling of MS Office is obvious to you; Knowledge of industry-specific systems such as SAP or com.Tradenet are advantageous. You work structured, carefully and responsibly, keep track of parallel projects and secure priorities. Communication strength, collaborative ability, team orientation and organizational capacity are your key strengths.
