As part of Mercedes-Benz AG, the company manages sales and service for the Mercedes-Benz brand in the German market with around 1,300 employees. The team “External and Internal Communication” is responsible for contacting the media to the public opinion leaders in general. The task of the team is to design the external representation of the company – in particular towards trade – and to inform, inspire and involve employees as part of internal communication. These challenges come to you: Creation of editorial contributions for internal online media, incl. Adjust the posts on the respective platforms (representation of our social intranet)

Creative support in the development of content of our internal communication

Working with the documentation of events in text and image

Participation in the search and writing of press releases (external communication)

Cooperation of presentations for management and decision-making bodies and their preparation and follow-up

Participation in the design and implementation of internal events

Implementation of independent projects in the field of retail communication platform after successful incorporation

The activity can begin from September 2026.

Course in Communications or Economics, Journalism, Media or a comparable degree programme

Safe knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as a good style of writing

Secure handling of MS Office (inbes. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ideally experience in press and public relations and/or journalism
