Support in the creation of training concepts for new employees Development and implementation of knowledge transfer concepts for international projects Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Process and workflow transfer in the international environment Development of sector-related key figures and CVP processes in domestic and foreign production sites Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Coordination of process and workflow descriptions Technical consulting of engineering, other departments and subsidiaries Support for supplier audits

Successfully completed technical training with training as master or technician (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in the searched area Experience from the metalworking industry desirable Secure understanding in dealing with the current MS Office products Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured and independent functioning as well as communication and team skills Unrestricted readiness to travel
