Coordinator Generalist Nursing Training

Training planning and networking: On the basis of the training contracts, you control the training planning in accordance with the legal requirements and ensure the successful implementation of care training. Together with our co-operation partners, you will develop practical applications and networks and promote technical exchange. In addition, organize and accompany specialist meetings, network meetings and information events. Applicant management and training coordination: You are responsible for the management of applicants independently – from the organisation of practical assignments to the conclusion of cooperation agreements with the institutions of practical training. As a competent and reliable contact person, you advise and accompany trainees, participating nursing institutions and teachers on all questions of training. You support the trainees in the practical and implementation of the rotating training plans. Cooperation with school management and management: A further focus of your activity is the support of the school management and department management for the strategic development of generalist nursing training.

Qualification: You have completed studies in the field of nursing or health (care, health or social management, nursing or medical education, nursing or comparable qualification) or have completed training in the field of nursing or health with relevant professional practice in a senior position. Alternatively, you will have a completed study in the advanced non-technical administration service, a degree as an administrative specialist or a comparable qualification for the above-mentioned tasks, each with a beneficial experience in nursing and health care. Expertise: You have already gained in-depth knowledge and professional practice and experience in the administrative field in nursing or health. You work securely and routinely with modern information and communication techniques as well as the common Microsoft Office tools. Competences: As a team-capable personality, you can enjoy an organised, independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working. With your negotiating strength, you will be safe and friendly. Your flexibility and motivation in carrying out the various tasks are excellent.
