For our service center in Ingolstadt we are now looking for motivated and professionally qualified reinforcement. We introduce in full time:

Projektmanager (m:w:d) encoding/ billing check Hospital performance

Processing and testing of incoming hospital accounts and invoice payment Recognizing and securing potential savings Dispute on hospital bills Commissioning, monitoring and evaluation of MD experts Communication with the medical service and communication or Negotiations with the clinics on billing questions (including in the context of the pre- and discussion procedure of the audit procedure agreement) Service- and insured-oriented consulting, testing and processing in case of performance-related inquiries as well as requests from our insured persons in the field of psychiatric and/or psychosomatic hospital treatment and unauthorized clinics Service- and insured-oriented advice on general questions of statutory health insurance

You have a successfully completed medical training, for example in the field of health and nursing, or a successfully completed vocational training for:social security specialists or a comparable qualification. A completed development for clinical coding is desirable. You have experience in dealing with DRG/PEPP bills in hospitals or health insurance companies. You could also gain first professional experience in the hospital area or in statutory health insurance. You are safe in handling MS Office programs, as well as routined handling of the test software KOLUMBUS would be desirable. You are ready to acquire necessary skills for software applications. You have a pronounced service consciousness and a very good communication capability. You like to work independently, independently and structured and possess negotiation skills, enforcement ability, decision-making and an authentic appearance.
