Your tasks:

Your responsibility

• You work as a specialist in the document management systems Vault Quality
• As a key user and business administrator, you are responsible for first and second level support
• In the case of configuration changes, you take a central role: You initiate the changes on behalf of internal customers: inside and implement them responsibly
• You support the preparation and execution of inspections and audits - for example through research or presentations - and present your responsible topics yourself if necessary
• You participate in international projects and meetings
• In addition, you will train your colleagues in the field of biopharma and start the associated training documents

Your qualifications:

• Completed study (Bachelor) in the field of computer science or BWL with professional experience or other relevant areas or completed vocational training with relevant professional experience
• Secure handling of MS Office applications
• Self-employed and targeted operation, reliability as well as a pronounced communication and team capability
