Participation in training management, from organisation and administration to follow-up of training, including participant management, certificate deposit and training feedback Support for internal communication around Learning & Development, e.g. through the creation of news contributions, presentations and information documents Participation in learning & development and HR projects and support in workshops, training and events Maintenance of training matrices, participant lists and LMS data as well as preparation of evaluations and reports on training activities

Continuous study of psychology, pedagogy, business administration with a focus on staff or a comparable course of study Very good German knowledge and good English skills Safe handling of current MS Office applications Interest in personnel development and digital learning and HR tools Structured, reliable and careful operation Communication strength, initiative and joy in cooperation with various contact persons
