Your mission You support our locations individually and with full use. You're the first respondent to all the recruiting topics in your region. You are responsible for the entire recruitment process. From job alerts to telephone interviews to system care, everything is in your hand. You establish sustainable recruiting structures. Your goal is to ensure independent applicant generation in the long term. You pass on your knowledge. If necessary, you will train colleagues in our internal systems, e.g. the application management system.
