You will become part of the newly created area of Operational Excellence. Efficient processes are the basis of our business model – You ensure quality and scalability and help us achieve our ambitious growth goals. This is precisely where Operational Excellence applies. Our goal: optimizing processes across the company and anchoring a culture of continuous improvement. For this, we work closely with the Executive Board and our expert: women from central functions and customer service. We analyze existing processes using clearly defined deliverables and ask: Where are there gaps? What procedures are missing, although we actually need them? And what can be dispensed with because it does not provide real added value? Together with internal and external experts, we are implementing the resulting initiatives in practice. We not only use efficient design of processes, but also new technologies and automation. We don't start at zero. Our process management expert:inside, important initiatives have already been implemented. Automation is also not a foreign word in the company: the use of RPA-based solutions and AI/NLP-based approaches shows that many teams have already gained good experience with new technologies and their possibilities. Our business model is successful, our teams are highly competitive. Now we want to achieve the next stage: develop structures and processes in a targeted manner, optimize processes and use automation in a sensible way. You completed a Master's degree You have several years of professional experience in a leading consultancy or start-up You pack up and implement concepts and ideas in practice You take responsibility, drive themes forward and think beyond your own tasks You bring strong analytical skills, work quickly into complex topics, identify relationships and draw sound conclusions You communicate clearly, precisely and convincingly, and prepare complex facts for different audiences in a comprehensible manner You speak and write very well German (C2)
