Senior Consultant Organizational Development in the Business Transformation Team (m/f/d)

Communes, authorities and public IT service providers help you analyze, develop and effectively implement growing organizational and process landscapes. Together with experienced project managers, sustainable target images are created for organization and processes that you also accompany in the implementation. Together with experienced project managers, you drive strategic transformation programs and take responsibility for your own projects or central areas. Project & Workstream Management: You take responsibility for projects or subprojects in the context of organization & processes. From structured planning to control, quality assurance and stakeholder management to successful implementation. Analysis of organizational and process landscapes: Growing structure and process organisations, governance mechanisms and end-to-end processes are systematically analyzing. Optimization and digitization potentials are visible and transferred to prioritized transformation measures. Organisational & Governance Design: You develop sustainable target images for building organization, role models and decision structures together with the responsible people on the customer side. This creates clear responsibilities and effective control models.

End-to-End Process Modeling & Interface Logic: For example, you model target processes using BPMN or comparable methods. Cross-system dependencies, integration requirements and interfaces between specialist processes and IT structures work out structuredly.

Change & Implementation Guide: You actively accompany the introduction of new organizational and process models. Workshops moderate, design communication formats and establish KPI structures is your role as well as the sustainable anchoring of changes.

Conceptual & Offer Contributions: Analyses, Management Documents and Offer Building Blocks in the context of Business Transformation in the Public Sector and brings your experience into new project approaches.

Experience: Multiannual consulting experience in organizational and process projects in the public sector, ideally with municipalities, authorities, ministries or municipal IT service providers

Project Responsibility: Experience in managing projects or subprojects including planning, control and customer agreement

Organizational design: Knowledge of the analysis and design of organisational models, governance structures and role and responsibility concepts

Process competence: Experience in structured end-to-end process analysis and process modeling, for example with BPMN or comparable methods

Methodological strength: Structured and analytical methods with a pronounced conceptual competence and clear implementation orientation

Communication: Experience in the moderation of workshops and in exchange with experts and managers in the public sector

Languages: German C2, English C1.
