Responsibility for the management of your layer & the smooth running of all reception-relevant tasks and active collaboration in the layer Introduction of colleagues, colleagues and trainees Service-oriented host for our national & international guests Ensuring the flow of information in the front office area Advertising management General receipts & reservations in the absence of the reservation Administrative tasks such as creation & control of billing, shift transfer, check of cashier, check in & check out of guests Upselling taking into account the company philosophy Care of Listen & Reportings Takeover of Projetken in the Front Office area

The Basics Completed vocational training in the hotel industry & at least one year professional experience Eye & Love for details and high quality awareness Friendly handling of guests & warm appearance Good knowledge of German and English Passion for the profession & joy at work in the team Creativity and organizational skills Commitment Self-working & sales-oriented thinking & acting The art First experience in a comparable position Experience in luxury hotels Knowledge with the Opera Hotel Program

Unlimited employment contract

Monthly over-tariff compensation for the position of the supervisor of 3,185,00€ gross at a full-time position. Partial calculation for parttime employment.

A full 13th gross monthly salary as Christmas money from the statutory 1st year of service (entry between 01.01. and 30.06.)
