Planning, organisation, implementation of a need-oriented basic and treatment care Holistic patient care and monitoring Implementation of the applicable nursing and documentation standards, ensuring the quality of care and participation in projects Accompanying and consulting patients and their relatives Representation of management in absence Solution-oriented management and organisation of the station Development of the station in cooperation with the department management Control and planning of personnel use in representation of department management Digital documentation of the entire care process Cooperation with all professional groups involved in the supply

A completed vocational training as health care and nursing staff or caregivers with relevant professional experience Ideally guide experiences as station or stellv. Station line Social and specialist competence A high level of self-employment, self-responsibility, flexibility, team and motivation readiness and openness to change processes Good knowledge of MS Office readiness for interdisciplinary and multi-station cooperation Interest in continuing education and training

Remuneration according to the national association agreement of VPKA Bayern, incl.
