Co-responsibility for the development and strategic and operational development of the product area with all subgroups from this range Implementation of market and competition analyses Developing and implementing strategy and programme of a differentiated and economic product range taking into account internal product competencies Identification and implementation of market trends and new product ideas and requirements Coordination of international requirements between sales, marketing and product management Structured testing of the current product portfolio for synergies and potential for transfer to the residential area Rolling product, time and budget planning Close cooperation with internal interface functions Participation in relevant trade fairs

Completed studies, ideally in the field of wood technology, or completed relevant vocational training with corresponding additional qualification Multiannual experience in a comparable position, ideally in the furniture industry Affinity for rooms and furnishings, style and trends Experience in the management of projects, interfaces and stakeholders Cross-functional understanding of the entire value chain of a company (planning and budget processes, product calculation and commercial variables) Secure handling of MS Office, SAP and CAD/Planning Software Secure English, French and other foreign languages of advantage Flexibility and readiness for intensive integration Team spirit and result-oriented, structured working
