A training as a social pedagogue or a curative pedagogue or a similar pedagogical qualification Interest in intensive pedagogical work and a working field with clients with conflicting biography and challenging behavior A good feeling for people as well as patience and a sense of creative problem solving A good sensitivity to the individual needs of our clients Contact joy and pleasure at work in the team and in the social space Valuation and Empathic Action in dealing with clients Openness to work in the 3-shift service and on weekends and holidays (by personal agreement) A KFZ guide and PC user knowledge
