• You are the first contact point for our customers and technicians around the order or Service sequence.
• You will take care of the processing and prioritization of tickets received by email or phone.
• You organize the operations of our service technicians and make sure that all appointments and locations are optimally matched.
• You keep the overview and take over the complete execution of orders, including material procurement and final billing.
• You are begging the contact with our customers, tracking orders to completion and also taking care of the smooth processing of warranty claims & repairs.

DEIN PROFIL - THE BRINGST YOU WITH:

• A successfully completed commercial or technical training
• A good feel for the requirements and processes in the ITK environment
• Ideally experience in a coordinating role or as a technical component
• You are strong in communication and draw your attention through your flexibility
• User knowledge of MS-Office
• Knowledge of CRM systems (ES-Office) desirable
