Head of the strategic department to achieve high effectiveness and flexibility in supporting multiple projects in a matrix organization Technical responsibility for the overall system taking into account time, costs and quality Interface management between customer / program management and core engineering Conducting internal and external technical voting Development of scales, management and timetables Coordination of specifications to ensure functional system requirements Coordination of concept creation for overall systems and their assemblies Responsible for the successful planning and execution of all project milestones in close coordination with the program Implementation and maintenance of regular project/programme audits incl. Reporting in terms of quality/ maturity This place can be occupied in Hamburg, Kiel or Unterlüß.

Successfully completed (specialized)higher education in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle construction, aerospace or comparable Multiannual professional and management experience in a comparable position and in the field of vehicle system development Experiences in the field of defence, automotive and aerospace industries Deep knowledge with Systems Engineering Tools, e.g. DOORS and Enterprise Architect Good understanding of development processes and organisations in the international corporate environment flowing English skills in word and writing Entrepreneurial attitude, pronounced communication and team skills as well as pronounced analytical skills Ready for business trips
