With your organizational talent, you make sure that all vehicle returns run smoothly during the lease contract. You keep all processes in mind and are an important interface between customers, service providers and internal departments.

You have a core working time of 9:30 to 15:00 to make your working hours flexible. Your new role

You accompany and monitor vehicle returns and vehicle returns throughout the leasing process You coordinate return dates, sending return letters and take care of the registration of vehicles You are the communicative interface to customers, service providers and internal departments in writing and by phone You take the disposition of vehicles and enter our return stations You process complaints, monitor our return processes and check, control and archive invoices

From expert to professional starters: you have completed professional training or first professional experience – automotive knowledge is of advantage, but no need Communication talent: You communicate open, sovereign and solution-oriented – both in writing and by phone Digital environment: You like to work digitally and bring good knowledge in the common office programs - all internal programs we will gladly teach you Working environment: You like to work independently and be careful and reliable - at the same time you are part of a team that is always your side with questions and finds solutions together with you
