Senior Finance Expert – Finance & Process Optimization (m/f/d)

Operational foundation: You are responsible for the ongoing financial accounting, especially in the project accounting (Creditors/Debitors), the dunning, payment and master data management – absolutely precise and reliable. Process Optimizer: You identify manual Bottlenecks. How can we automate bills? What tools help us get faster? You develop these ideas and put them into practice. Reporting extension: You deliver the monthly, quarter and annual reports, but you do more: You interpret the numbers to support management in the control. Annual financial statements: You prepare the annual financial statements according to HGB and are the direct interface to tax advice and audit.

Technical knowledge: completed commercial training/study (e.g. business management, business owner:in). Multiannual (ideally 5+ years) well-founded experience in the accounting of a medium-sized company - you have managed the HGB. Hands-on and team mentality: You want to move things on your own. You feel comfortable in the details, but never lose sight of the “Great Whole”. You enjoy self-responsibility and work in a small, dedicated team. Technology Affinity: You have very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel; and you want to work deep into SAP Business ByDesign to get the maximum. Process Mindset: You have a look for efficiency: “How can I make this easier here?” is your motivation in everyday work and you bring a high number affinity, analytical thinking and a structured, reliable way of working.
