As part of a follow-up scheme, we are looking for a dedicated management personality (m/w/d) for the management of a manufacturing sector in a traditional, globally active industrial company at the next possible time.

For over 100 years, the focus has been on the development and production of high-quality elastomer moldings and highly specialized rollers for industrial applications – especially in the graphic and technical industry. Professional and disciplinary management of a production area with around 60 employees Ensuring efficient production in terms of quality, timeliness, cost-effectiveness and delivery Further development of production processes – in particular with regard to automation and digitalization Efficient planning and control of personnel and machine capacities Analysis of technical and economic indicators for continuous process improvement

(m/w/d) and a further education as a master / technician (m/w/d) or a completed technical study (engineering, process engineering, etc.) Experience in the processing of rubber (forced required) as well as leadership experience Funded knowledge in process analysis and optimization (e.g., pitfalls, value flow analysis) Safe handling of Excel, ERP and MES systems Embossed hand-on mentality, shopfloor competence and team orientation
