What do you expect from us? Varied tasks You learn how to create technical drawings, develop CAD models and read, check and create technical documents. Learning through practice You work with modern CAD systems, carry out technical calculations and learn how to handle materials and manufacturing processes. Customer contact and team work You are part of real projects, work with different departments and implement your ideas directly. Your training in detail: You start with a basic course in our in-house training center – including manual and machine material processing. After that, you'll run through various departments and work on real product developments. Parallel to this, you will visit the Hellweg Berufskolleg in Unna (block lessons 2-3x a week) To ensure that you are perfectly prepared, we will support you in preparation for exams – for a successful completion with a safe feeling.
