Demand Analysis: You can find out in friendly conversations where our customers are up to date and where we can support them.

Termination: You encourage the customers for more detailed advice and agree to binding appointments for our sales experts.

CRM-Pflege: You document the conversation results in our system

Communication strength: You have a pleasant phone voice and always find the right words.

Mindset: You are target-oriented, have bite and don’t let a “no” discourage you.

Experience: Ideally, you already have experience in the call center, in sales or in customer support (adults with talent are welcome!).

Structure: You work organized and reliable.

Language: You speak German safely in word and writing.
