IT-Checker (m/w/d) - the independent solution of IT problems is in your blood? Complex topics and different structures do not get you out of the concept so quickly. Key Account Manager (m/w/d) Telephone, written and personal support requests are handled independently and in compliance with reaction and processing times (SLAs) Solution-oriented processing of IT problems, for example in the areas of operating systems, office applications, notebooks, mobile devices and printers in a client/server network environment, is done via remote, email or phone Maintenance of all work into the ticket system to improve internal service orientation Establishing and updating the IT knowledge database by documentation of problems and linking them to their solutions Support in performing administrative tasks (backup, maintenance, rollout, etc.) Coordination of ticket processing with external service providers

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Must have: Multiannual professional experience in 1st level support Must have: Good knowledge of current IT technologies in particular Collaboration Tools and Office365 Tools Must have: Good knowledge of Active Directory and Windows OS systems Good English skills, other foreign languages are a plus Your Skills: High-Competitive Team Spirit (m/w/d) with Strong Enforcement and Strong Service Thought High level of initiative and joy of decision General readiness to travel (max. 15 %)
