Lean Manager (m/f/d)

You conduct complex change projects to optimize processes in production, work preparation and logistics, and coach employees as well as executives to independently apply and introduce Lean practices. You opt for the entire value chain with Lean principles and implement methods such as Shop‐Floor Management, TPM, TQM, 6S, etc. You analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies and develop strategies to eliminate waste and reduce transit time. You conduct cross-functional project teams of up to seven members and have overall responsibility for budget, quality and appointments. You create and maintain training on Lean concepts and tools for employees of all levels. You establish key figures, monitor their development and derive concrete improvement measures. You support organisational change and work closely with all stakeholders to ensure the consistent application of the lean principles.

You have a completed university degree or equivalent qualification. You are certified in the Green-Belt program and can already apply the learned methods. You have well-founded knowledge in process, lean and project management. You have a pronounced understanding of production as well as process and quickly recognize the essential aspects of complex facts. You work structured, bring a high target and result orientation and are ready for innovation and change. You have strong communication skills and can effectively drive changes in the organization. You think analytically, analyze problems and develop targeted solutions.
