To strengthen our project team at the Hamburg site, we are looking for you Projektmanager (m/w/d) Start: 01.08.2026 | Determined use up to: 28.02.2028 | Full time: 40 hours per week In this responsible role, you will take over the regional control and coordination of the maintenance and maintenance of HVDC platforms as well as the associated land stations in the German and Dutch North Sea. As part of your activity, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Planning and coordination of maintenance campaigns and offshore operations in close cooperation with the Site Managers, including deployment planning, prioritization of maintenance activities and efficient resource management Control central interfaces between offshore team, customer and back office as well as ensuring smooth communication within the project Support for material procurement by working on relevant technical and project-specific information and coordination with Procurement and other specialist departments in the overall project Responsibility for the budget management of the assigned area including cost control, forecasting and identification of potential savings Identification, assessment and follow-up of potential project risks and development of appropriate risk mitigation measures Creation and maintenance of project reports, documentation and decision bases for internal and external stakeholders Controlling Controlling and Accounting themes within the sub-project as well as guidance from colleagues (m/w/d) in billing their activities

Your profile meets most of the following requirements? Then we look forward to your application: Successfully completed studies, ideally in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable discipline Multiannual experience in project management, preferably in the field of maintenance and maintenance of technical equipment – ideally in offshore wind energy or a comparable technical environment Safe handling of commercial project tasks such as budget planning, cost controlling and forecasting Experience in handling ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Structured and solution-oriented mode of operation and a pronounced organizational and coordination center Communication strength and joy in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams and various stakeholders German and English knowledge in word and writing Project management certification (e.g. IPMA or PMI) is advantageous
