As fundraiser (m/w/d) on site, you build sustainable relationships with supporters and gain new supporters, maintain networks and make a decisive contribution to the sustainable financing of our commitment to needy children in North Rhine-Westphalia. Place of work: mobile in North Rhine-Westphalia, optional in the office in Oberhausen Time: up to 40 hours per week.

Strategic development of regional fundraising in North Rhine-Westphalia taking into account the objectives of the association Identification, acquisition and support of sustainable partnerships as well as long-term support relationships between foundations, companies, support partners Creation, coordination and support of funding applications and reports, including deadline management and content work Implementation of regional donation campaigns and fundraising measures in close coordination with the team of the office Participation in regional events – if necessary also in the evening Documentation and maintenance of contacts and support activities (e.g. in CRM)

Completed training in the field of sales, project management or comparable with multiannual professional experience or job-related completed studies Funded knowledge of (regional) fundraising and non-profit financing, in particular in cooperation with foundations and companies A strong regional network in North Rhine-Westphalia Embossed strategic thinking and a structured, targeted way of working with hands-on mentality Very good communication and presentation capability in word and writing High self-initiative, proactivity, ability and awareness of responsibility Organisational strength and safe handling of deadlines and parallel tasks High readiness for travel within North Rhine-Westphalia Experience in handling CRM systems (Salesforce) of advantage Very good knowledge of MS Office driving licence class B
