Tasks and responsibilities:

The position is fixed for 2 years.

  • Establishment and maintenance of a trusted relationship as the first respondent in the BD internal service for all incoming customer requests in the assigned area
  • Acceptance and processing of Service Complaints (Phone/E-mail/Chat): Ensuring timely review and corrective measures for the customer
  • Active support of marketing initiatives / projects
  • Active participation in the introduction or Development of new processes and system tools
  • Support for external services in customer-related questions

Requirements:

  • Complete professional training (or similar qualification) as well as professional experience in customer service.
  • Experience and pleasure in communicating with customers especially in telephony
  • High customer focus and empathy
  • Basic knowledge in the field of medical technology / healthcare / diagnostics, also with regard to logistics / supply chain,
  • Professional and efficient handling of PC and office communication media (MS Office)
  • German and ideally good English skills
  • High self-motivation, durability and flexibility
