As a company of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen, WFB Wirtschaftsförderung Bremen GmbH takes over central tasks in the field of development, strengthening and marketing of the business and experience location Bremen. The WFB supervises, advises and supports companies in commercial settlements, develops and markets commercial areas and provides real estate. The WFB also explores opportunities for innovative projects, creates networks, moderates development processes and establishes the right contacts when it comes to regulatory approval procedures or the search for cooperation partners. As a convinced Bremen ambassador in terms of the quality of life and economic attractiveness, the WFB supports the tourist marketing of Bremen and takes care of the successful positioning of Bremen in the global location competition. We are looking for marketing and tourism in the Bremen Marketing department as parental office 01.06.2026

in parttime (25-28 hours/week), limited until 31.12.2027.

Project and campaign management for the overseas city Coordination of measures with the Overseas City Marketing Association Development, control and implementation of communication activities (on- and offline) Event conception, organisation and implementation Cooperation with numerous external partners Participation in thematically relevant network events and control rounds Willingness to take over further activities in Bremen Marketing

completed studies (economics or similar courses with marketing focus) or comparable training multi-year professional experience in marketing and project/campaign management Experience in the assignment and management of agencies and service providers, knowledge in procurement law of advantage independent, organised and flexible working style active communication, design interest and resilience Interest in changing topics and willingness to work outside regular working hours and weekends very good knowledge of German in word and writing safe handling of PC (MS Office or comparable, Internet, Social Media) Service orientation
